WHO ARE WE:

We are Bianca and Christina Brister from Odessa, Texas.   Bianca is a retired female police lieutenant from the Odessa Police Department. I was employed for 26 years. I loved my career, all 26 years of it.  But I had some health problems and decided it was time to stop running around chasing bad guys with a gun.  Before becoming a cop, I took degrees in Anthropology and Sociology. I still love reading and studying about different cultures.   Christina has just finished  sophomore year at Odessa College.  She is studying Sociology and Social Work with the intention of having a career in helping people.  Christina loves cats and I love dogs.   Christina currently has one cat with her while she works and attends college.  I live with two Yorkshire Terriers who have become my surrogate children in this  “empty nest” phase of my life. 

 We are both Disney Nuts. Of course, she didn’t stand a chance not to be with me as a mother.  But I took my love for Disney to an extreme.  After retirement, I moved to the Central Florida area and currently live near Walt Disney World property.  In fact, my youngest Yorkie is named Tinkerbell.  She weighs just three pounds and has the bubbly personality of her namesake.  Her mother weighs seven pounds and is named Gidget
